Every parent dreams of a baby who sleeps soundly through the night. While every baby is different, establishing a consistent and cosy bedtime routine can make a world of difference. Here are our top tips to help your little one drift off peacefully.

Start at the Same Time Every Night — Babies thrive on routine. Aim to begin the bedtime process at the same time each evening — usually between 6:30pm and 8pm for newborns and young babies.

Create a Calm Environment — Dim the lights, reduce noise, and keep the room at a comfortable temperature (around 16–20°C is ideal). A calm environment signals to baby that it's time to wind down.

Warm Bath Time — A gentle warm bath is a wonderful way to relax your baby before bed. Use mild, baby-safe products and keep it short and soothing.
