At Bliss Baby, we want your little one’s organic clothes and accessories to reach you quickly, safely, and with love. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

 

1. Where We Ship

1.1 Pan India Shipping

We proudly ship to all states and union territories across India. We partner with reputable and reliable courier services to ensure your Bliss Baby order reaches you safely, regardless of your location.

1.2 International Shipping

We also offer international shipping for our customers outside India. Shipping timelines and charges for international orders may vary based on destination country and applicable customs duties.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order immediately.

 

Processing Time: 4 to 6 business days from the date of order confirmation.

 

We ship on all days except Sundays and national public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be picked up and dispatched on the next working day.

📦  Quick Tip: Place your order early in the week (Monday–Thursday) for the fastest possible dispatch turnaround.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location within India. Below are our standard estimates:

 

Standard Delivery: 7 to 12 working days after dispatch.

Delayed Delivery (current circumstances): 10 to 15 working days after dispatch.

 

Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors including but not limited to:

       Remote or rural delivery locations

       High-volume festive or sale seasons

       Weather disruptions or natural events

       Courier partner operational delays

       Local restrictions or lockdowns

  Please note: At times, there may be unexpected delays in delivery due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control. Bliss Baby is not liable for such delays and kindly requests your cooperation and patience while we work to resolve them as swiftly as possible.

 

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you through the following channels:

     WhatsApp message with your tracking details and courier partner name.

     Email confirmation with tracking ID and estimated delivery window.

 

You can use the tracking ID provided to track your shipment in real time on the courier partner’s website.

📲  Make sure your registered WhatsApp number and email address are correct at the time of placing your order to receive timely updates.

 

5. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

5.1 Online Payment

We accept all major online payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway.

5.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.

 

COD Handling Charge: ₹100 per order (non-refundable).

 

The COD charge is added to your order total at checkout and is payable to the delivery person along with the product price at the time of delivery.

💰  COD charge of ₹100 is applicable per order and is separate from the product price and any applicable shipping fees. This charge is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

6. Order Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. This is because our team begins processing your order immediately to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.

 

We request you to carefully review your order — including product, size, quantity, and delivery address — before completing your purchase.

  Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.

 

7. Offer & Sale Period Orders

Products purchased during promotional offers, discount sales, or special campaigns are subject to the following conditions:

       Sale items are not eligible for size exchange.

       Offer prices are valid only during the specified promotion period.

       All other shipping terms and timelines remain the same for offer orders.

🏷  Purchased during a sale? Shipping will still follow our standard 4–6 day processing and 7–12 day delivery timeline.

 

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code, is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order.

       Bliss Baby is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

       If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

 

9. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for steps on how to report the issue.

 

Remember: A valid, continuous unboxing video is required for all claims related to damaged or missing items. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
