Bliss Baby is a brand offering organic cotton baby clothes, muslin clothing, soft knitted clothing, muslin swaddles, and baby accessories through our Shopify-powered online store.

All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a store credit.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Placement

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp after successfully placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item.

4.4 No Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible dispatch. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping terms, timelines, and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

•       Processing time: 4 to 6 business days.

•       Estimated delivery: 7 to 12 working days (may vary by location).

•       We ship on all days except Sundays and national public holidays.

Bliss Baby is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy is detailed in a separate document and forms part of these Terms by reference. In summary:

•       We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

•       We do not accept returns.

•       Exchanges are offered for wrong items, damaged items, and size mismatches under specific conditions.

•       An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong items received.

•       All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

•       Products purchased during sale or offer periods are not eligible for size exchange.

All content on the Bliss Baby website — including but not limited to brand name, logo, animations, characters (Bliss and Tiny), product images, text, graphics, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bliss Baby.
