Refund policy

At Bliss Baby, we take great pride in the quality of our organic and handcrafted baby products. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. As a small business committed to offering high-quality organic baby products at competitive prices, all sales are considered final once the order is placed and confirmed.
This policy helps us keep our pricing fair and sustainable while continuing to deliver premium products to our customers.
⚠ All sales are final. We do not process refunds under any circumstance, including change of mind or order cancellation after dispatch.
2. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of any products. However, we understand that exceptional situations arise, and we are committed to making things right when an error occurs on our end.
Please refer to Section 3 (Exchange Policy) and Section 4 (Exceptions) for cases where we will step in to help.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following specific conditions:
3.1 Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
3.2 Damaged Item Received
If your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or mishandling during transit, we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
3.3 Size Mismatch / Wrong Size
We understand that sizing can be tricky with baby clothing. If the size you received does not fit, we offer a size exchange under the following conditions:
✓ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
✓ You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
✓ Return courier charges for sending the item back to us must be borne by the customer.
✓ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement size.
✓ Outbound shipping for the replacement product will be covered by Bliss Baby.
📦 Size Exchange Process: Customer ships item back (at their cost) → We inspect the item → We dispatch the replacement with free shipping.
4. Exceptions & Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags and packaging intact (for size exchanges).
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
• For damaged or missing item claims, a valid unboxing video is mandatory (see Section 5).
We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
5. Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both our customers and our business from errors and fraudulent claims, we require a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video for all exchange requests related to:
• Theft or missing items from the package
• Product damage upon delivery
• Wrong item received
5.1 Video Guidelines
Your unboxing video must meet the following requirements to be accepted:
✓ The video must be continuous and uninterrupted — no cuts, pauses, or edits.
✓ It must clearly show the outer packaging (label, seal, and condition) before opening.
✓ The entire unboxing process must be visible, from opening the package to revealing all contents.
✓ The product, packaging, and any damage must be clearly visible throughout the video.
✓ The video must be shared with us at the time of raising the exchange request.
🎥 Important: We are unable to process exchange requests for damaged, missing, or incorrect items without a valid unboxing video. No exceptions will be made.
6. How to Raise an Exchange Request
Follow these steps to initiate an exchange:
✓ Step 1: Email us at support@blissbaby.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
✓ Step 2: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or the unboxing video.
✓ Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
✓ Step 4: If approved, we will share shipping instructions (for size exchanges) or dispatch the replacement directly (for our errors).
✓ Step 5: Once we receive and verify the returned item (size exchange only), your replacement will be shipped.
7. Shipping for Exchanges
Wrong / Damaged Item (Our Error): Bliss Baby covers all shipping costs for sending the replacement to you. You do not need to return the incorrect/damaged item unless specifically requested.
Size Exchange (Customer Request): The customer is responsible for return courier charges when sending the item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost for dispatching the replacement product to you.
🚚 We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items for size exchange. Bliss Baby is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return shipment.
8. Non-Eligible Items & Situations
The following situations are NOT eligible for exchange or any resolution:
• Items that have been used, washed, or had tags removed (for size exchange requests).
• Requests raised after 2 days of delivery.
• Damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling after delivery.
• Change of mind or personal preference (colour, design, etc.).
• Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video (for damage or missing item claims).
• Items purchased during sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for size exchange.
