Size exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

Returns and refunds are not available.

For an approved size exchange, the customer must ship the original item back to us. Once received and verified, Bliss Baby will dispatch the replacement size.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged products, incorrect products or missing items.

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount due to payment gateway charges.
